Abstract

 
The study aims to identify the management patterns used in red meat production projects in Fayoum Governorate, and estimate indicators and standards of economic efficiency, determining the optimal production capacities for red meat production projects in Fayoum Governorate. The results of the study showed that the person responsible for management in the farms producing red meat is the owner with a percentage of about 92.2 percent. While the percentage of appointing a specific manager for the farm was about 7.6 percent. About 96.5%. And the percentage that the management will have a monthly salary amounted to about 3.5%. And accordingly it was found from the study of the sample farms that there are about 88% of the farms of the study sample that are managed by the individual management style. It is clear that the profitability of the pound invested in the production of red meat in Fayoum governorate amounted to about 0.12 pounds in the first category, 0.22 pounds in the second category, and 0.25 pounds in the third category. The profit margin was about 11% in the first category and 18% in the third category. And 20% in the third category, And it is clear that the marginal surplus of red meat production in Fayoum Governorate amounted to about 2506 pounds / head for the first category, about 4092 pounds / head in the second category, 4510 pounds / head for the third category.
