Training Needs of workers at fish hatcheries in Aswan Fish Resources Zone

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the training needs of workers at fish hatcheries in Aswan Fish resources zone, Field data were collected using a personal interview questionnaire, during April to June 2021, a simple random sample consists of 59 respondents of a total population of 68 respondents with a percentage of 86.8%, Frequencies, percentages, range, mean, standard deviation, and relative weight were used as tools for statistical analysis using the SPSS program, The results indicated, that the incubation stage came at the first rank of the knowledge and implementation training needs of the workers at fish hatcheries, with an average of 15.7and 17.5 respectively. The results showed also that there is a correlation between the degrees of knowledge and implementation training needs as a dependent variable and the studied independent variables. The results also indicated the high relative weight of the majority of the problems facing workers at fish hatcheries in Aswan Fish resources zone.
